Use:
As a laxative for short-term treatment of chronic constipation.
Directions:
For internal use: take 1 or 2 spoons daily, preferably before retiring (from sitting or standing position). Do not take 2 hours before/after meals and/or medication as it may affect their absorption. The effect will be felt in 2 – 3 hours.
