Since 2012 Veta Pharma Plc. invests in purchasing and implementation of hi-tech machinery and equipment for manufacturing production, packaging, chemical and microbiological analysis of products, warehouse and distribution system. Machines and equipments are located in rooms with controlled access and controlled environment (temperature, humidity and dust) with the potential to produce a wide range of products.

Premises for production, storage, control, sanitary facilities are located in the building area of ​​1000 m² and follow their disposal, according to approved architectural and technological plan. Premises for production, named "clean zone" according to the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). In order to maintain the system of quality management, the company has developed the necessary standardization documents - technical specifications of control, technical specifications for production, standard operating procedures and work instructions for each stage of manufacture in accordance with GMP. Production is subject to authorization and control by Bulgarian Drug Agency.

 

In 2013 Beta Pharma Plc. successfully completed and implemented two projects financed by the Operational Programme "Development of the Competitiveness of the Bulgarian Economy" in the "Technological modernization." All costs were verified by the Managing Authority General Directorate "European Funds for Competitiveness" at the Ministry of Economy and Energy.
